This is a combination of bush ZKC300 and metal clip ZKC299 together in one plastic fitting.
It is slightly different from original and it is much tighter in the hole. It is much more difficult to fit needing firmer pressure.
You may well need to open the workpiece hole out with a 5.75 or 6mm drill.
Or you can cut the bush off this part with a hacksaw, drill out the hole with a 5mm drill and use it as a ZKC299 with a separate ZKC300 bush.
In this case the plastic foot will need shaving down by quite a lot say 0.6mm
The item may have a reduced life as a result.
The rod size it expects 4.2mm thus 0.5 thicker than the door rod.
The ZKC299 metal part of this linkage clip is No Longer Available
Works well when fitted.
