Spin on Oil Filter Adapter 516878AD


Adapter to enable a Metal Cannister Filter to be fitted to a Stag in place of the original arrangement of a metal bowl and a paper cartridge filter. Use with filter GFE173 or for a bigger filter with long fill time after fitment GFE229.

Please note when fitting this item torque is critical. It needs to be in the range 13 to 15 ft lbs. Too loose and it will leak, and overtightening may cause small fractures between the holes in the attachment bolt and eventual breakage.
Note we have used one successfully for almost 100,000 miles.
